FAQ's

 Washing instruction- To take the best care of your Sunshine + Reign clothing items, and SleepyHeadzz bamboo, please wash on cold with no fabric softener & hang to dry. This will prevent wearing on the fabric over time.

 Shipping- Ready to ship items TAT is 1 business day unless otherwise stated. As long as you order before 330 pm cst, your items will ship the same day you order. If you purchase after 330 pm cst your items will ship the next day. I do ship on Saturdays as long as you order before 11 am cst, so I can make it to the PO before they close. My local PO is closed on Sundays so anything purchased from Saturday at 11 am cst - Monday morning will ship Monday. Tracking will provided to your email and Sunshine + Reign account along with your order number.

 Pre-Orders- ETA for pre-order's range from 2-4 weeks max. Please do not purchase from pre-orders if you are on a tight deadline. Please note you are purchasing this item knowing it is not in stock and has to go through production. No changes can be made after purchasing.

 Refunds- Returns can be made within the first 30 days for unworn/new items. Refunds can be issued or shop credit. For cash refunds, a $6.50 restocking fee will be applied to the amount credited to you. This does not apply for store credit.
